All Train Sets, Locomotive and Rolling Stock listings are Ready-To-Run (RTR) unless noted otherwise in the item description. All items shown here on our Model Railroad Depot On-Line listing are currently "in stock" at our shop. All Sales are FINAL, no refunds or exchanges.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from receipt of cleared order. Orders received after 12 Noon EST will be processed on the next business day. South Carolina Sales Tax (8%) will be added to all orders with a South Carolina delivery destination. Charges for overages for weight, size or hazardous materials will be added to our posted shipping charges if applicable.
SHIPMENTS TO FOREIGN DESTINATIONS: We will ship to destinations outside the United Stated provided the purchaser has made arrangements for shipping costs prior to an online order being placed. We have not incorporated shipping data to every country on the globe, so when checking out using our shopping cart and NO shipping cost is automatically added, please contact us for shipping cost information. Do NOT ASSUME shipping is free!

Due to recent issues where Bandit’s Model Trains became a victim of a scam (Triangulation Fraud) by one or more eBay sellers, we will immediately begin taking steps to confirm the identity of the purchaser of all online orders received from our web site prior to processing the customer order for shipment. Our method of confirmation may be either through a telephone call to the customer or via e-mail requesting verification of some of the submitted order information.
In some cases, the customer order maybe cancelled upon receipt if any of the following are provided on the online order. A refund will be made to the customers payment method should his order be cancelled. Cases where a cancellation may occur are as follows:

- Telephone number provided by customer is incomplete.
- Telephone number provided by customer is no longer in service.
- Providing a telephone number in which we are unable to leave a message due to a “full mail box” or "no mail box set up".
- When our telephone number (843-393-3333) is provided by the customer as his own.
- When the zip code for the billing address for the payment method is vastly different from the customer’s actual street/city/state address zip code.
- Invalid e-mail address provided.
- Customer cannot confirm that the last 4 digits of the credit card number used for the online purchase is actually from a credit card used/owned by the customer.
